When I found out that my camera could shoot RAW, I seriously freaked out. RAW is a type of file format simular to JPEG in that it is a picture format, but it’s considerably larger because it keeps a lot more of the shooting perameters, and thus is easier to manipulate. The first is the original shot I took RAW, what it would have looked like if I’d just shot it as a JPEG. The other, more colorful ones, is I did in maybe two minutes apiece, having never worked with a RAW image before.
I freakin’ love RAW photography.

Same here- those are my faves. Did another one today that safely looks like a blend between the two. Haven’t gotten it...
