W.W.III -a poem-

The war begins

When earth cried again

Her nations launched fire

Whose fury never tire

The rockets shower the night

As people take flight

They run in fear

Only to be the leer

The roar of the jets thunder

As people head under

One nation is destroyed

For the item they deployed.

Allies of the nations

Wait in their station

For the crime that had been done

The war just begun

Warfare had been upgraded

To a deadly striking blade

As jest thunder past

And unleash a deadly gas

The nations are concern

Will they ever learn?

History will repeat

No use to compete

Many lie dead

As the sun flies over head

Nothing left breaths.

Not even the trees.

What was once a city?

Now lies in pity

As the war rages on

Singing the same song

Who will win this battle?

While ridding without a saddle?

Whose horse has gone astray?

In a frighten play?

The world cries

As her people die

In a fiery death

With nothing left

Soldiers rage past

Not wanting to be last

Guns deployed

Waiting to be employed

The dragons wait

They had to cross the gate

Their engines roar

As they begin to soar

Their bellies

Full and deadly

As missiles fly

Controlling the sky

Another nation gone

Who tired to join the song

But her people still live

Not wanting to give

The jets fly past

Trying to be fast

To avoid enemy fire

Whose fury never tire

The Command “Open Fire!”

The troops grow weary and tired.

The war drives on

Singing the same song

15 years go by

Time continues to fly

Troops head home

Not wanting to roam

But one will not die

They want to fly

The weary ones growl

And wipe their brow

This country will pay

In blood, bone and day

The giant gives warning

To stop them from soaring

They refuse

And unleash hues

As fires scorches them

To learn the lesson again.
